Our machine shop features a dedicated welding department equipped with 16 stations for manual pulsed-arc MIG-MAG continuous wire welding, equipped with FRONIUS TPS 4000 welding machines, and 6 stations for TIG welding, used for steel and aluminum processing. This technological setup allows us to handle welding tasks with high standards of quality, precision, and reliability.
We specialize in manual welding processes on ferrous materials, stainless steel, and aluminum, operating with qualified personnel and controlled processes to always guarantee results compliant with the technical specifications required by the customer.
Upon customer request, we are also able to issue UNI ISO 3834-3 and EN 1090-2 certifications, accompanied by visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT), guaranteeing the quality and compliance of the work performed. The metalworking department also handles robotic welding, allowing us to manage various production needs with great efficiency and continuity.
