The photo shows a welded structural steelwork element for the ski lift sector, a structural component designed to operate under severe conditions and ensure maximum reliability over time.
Production begins with a certified robotic welding process, which ensures high repeatability, consistent quality, and compliance with the strictest industry standards. Each product undergoes non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify weld integrity and guarantee the total absence of critical defects.
Subsequently, the piece is machined on our Soraluce TA-25, a high-precision machining center that allows for tight geometric tolerances and perfect coaxiality of the mating seats—essential requirements for applications involving passenger transit.
To complete the production cycle, the Geomet® surface treatment is applied, offering excellent protection against corrosion and long durability even in the most demanding environments.
Thanks to the combination of expertise in heavy structural steelwork, advanced mechanical machining technologies, and rigorous quality controls, these components are used in ski lifts installed worldwide, contributing to the safety and reliability of the most prestigious mountain infrastructures.
